While we do not offer refunds at this time, faulty products are eligible for free returns with a replacement provided. If you ordered on www.herbi.my, please contact us within 10 days at isherbi24@gmail.com or DM @herbiofcl on Instagram with your Order Number and photos of the affected products.
However, we are not liable for shipping-related damages as we have taken measures to securely wrap your products.
Orders created on other platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tiktok) will need to be handled through the respective platform’s customer support.
